Obituary of John J Bocchiere

Trumbull Resident BOCCHIERE- John J. Bocchiere, age 90, of Trumbull, died on Saturday, January 7, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, he was a son of the late Lorenzo and Marie Corso Bocchiere. He retired as a cabinet maker for Moore Special Tool Co., and enjoyed woodworking and making clocks. Mr. Bocchiere was a member of the Trumbull Seniors and the Trinacria M.A. Society. He was predeceased by his wife, Angela Lauretta Bocchiere, his son, John Bocchiere, Jr., a sister, Carmelina Bocchiere,two brothers, Lawrence and Sam Bocchiere and loving son-in-law, George Peter Rousso. Survivors include his devoted daughter, Antoinette Rousso Zingmond and her husband Dr. Erwin Zingmond of Trumbull, three grandchildren, Peter Rousso and his wife Rachelle, John Rousso and his wife Janice and Laura Scott, all of Trumbull, six great grandchildren, Joseph, Jenna, Peter, John and Nicholas Rousso and Victoria Scott, nephew, Lawrence Bocchiere and his wife Debbie of Fairfield and his loving friend, Mildred Tilles of Trumbull. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 10 a.m. directly in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
