Obituary of Emma Ann Bombero

Shelton Resident Emma Ann Gadus Bombero, age 98, of Shelton, died on Saturday December 2, 2006 at her residence. Born in Bridgeport on February 9, 1908 she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Anna Pistey Gadus. Mrs. Bombero was a retired Practical Nurse for the State of Connecticut. She was pre-deceased by nine brothers and sisters, Andrew Gadus, Lewis Gadus, Michael C. Gadus D.D.S, Ethel Formon, Frank Gadus, Charles Gadus, Alexander Gadus, Bertha Gadus, Mary Gadus and a daughter in law Winfred Brennan Bombero. Survivors include three sons, Stephen C. Bombero Sr. and his wife Rose of Oxford, Thomas F. Bombero and his wife Elaine of Huntington, Ronald M. Bombero Sr. and his wife Frances of Trumbull, 14 grandchildren, Stephen C. Bombero Jr. & wife Christine Bombero, of Monroe, CT, Bruce E. Bombero Sr., & wife Rene Bombero, of Trumbull, CT, Daniel J. Bombero, Sr. & fiance Aura of Newtown, CT, Nadine Buccieri & husband Michael, of S. Lebanon, ME, Paul J. Bombero Sr., of Trumbull, CT, Mary Ellen Kelly & husband Robert, of Seymour, CT, Lea F. Forcier of Oxford, CT, Byrle Lauriat and her husband David of DeKalb, IL., Nancy Berntsen and her husband George of Shelton Ct., Dawn Bombero of Shelton Ct., Lisa Petriel and her husband Robert of Westfield MA., Debra Bombero & fiance Kevin Jones of Trumbull, CT, Susan Spath and her husband Charles of Sandy Hook, CT, Ronald Bombero Jr. & wife Tanya of Monroe, CT, 44 great grandchildren, Stephen C. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
