Obituary of Loretta C. Petrucelli
Loretta Visconti Petruccelli, age 73, of Stratford, died suddenly on Tuesday, July 5, 2005 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, CT on February 27, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Clelia Sabini Visconti. Mrs. Petruccelli was a graduate of Sacred Heart University, past president of the Columbiettes and past president of the St. Raphael Library Club.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 52 years, Mario Petruccelli, her loving children, Clelia Fiordelisi and her husband Kenneth of Sydney, Australia, Carrie Levitt and her husband Gary Guiser of Norwalk, Claude Petruccelli and his wife Sue, Chris Petruccelli all of Stratford, Craig Petruccelli and his wife of Julianne of Milford, a sister, Grace Prowell of Stratford, ten cherished grandchildren, Mario, April, Boomer, Rocky, Jared, Christopher, Jessie, Danielle, Ashley and C.J., and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a daughter Lori-April, a brother Robert Visconti and a sister Mary Papini.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, July 9, 2005 at 9 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10 a.m. in St. Mark Church, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
