Obituary of Michelina Bonesi

Michelina Melchionda Bonesi, age 86, of Trumbull, died peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2008 in Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in San Nicanadro, Province of Foggia, Italy, on November 18, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Constantina Gabriel Melchionda. She was a former employee of the Harvey Hubbell Co. and the Trumbull Library. Michelina was a kind and compassionate woman dedicated to her family, friends and church. She was a long time volunteer at Christ the King Church, St. Joseph Manor, the Merton House Soup Kitchen and the former Dinan Memorial Center. Survivors include her beloved husband of 62 years, Jack Bonesi, her loving sister Rose Renzulli of Florida, her three children, Rita Dooley and her husband, Terry of Chicago, IL, Connie DAtri and her husband, David of Guilford, CT and Jackie Bonesi and her husband, David Beazer of Westchester, NY, four grandchildren, Brendan, Meryl, Patrick and Hillary, as well as her loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, April 14, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 P.M.
