Obituary of Loretta Quaranta

Resident of Bridgeport Loretta Quaranta, age 73, of Bridgeport, a retired employee of Sikorsky Aircraft, died on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 in Bishop Wicke Health Care Center. Born in Bridgeport on November 12, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Loretta Kelly Waltersdorf. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Frank Quaranta, Jr. and a daughter, Debbie Quaranta. Survivors include two sons, Charles Quaranta and his wife, Irma of Seymour and Frank Quaranta, III and his wife, Nancy of Stratford, a daughter, Pam Lopes of WI, two sisters, Shirley Hoydilla of Shelton and Sharon Amato of Stratford, ten grandchildren, John, Tony, Joanna, Melissa, Frankie, Alaura, Elise, Jamie, Randall and Shayna, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Graveside Services will take place at St. John Cemetery, Stratford at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2006. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
