Obituary of Joseph T. Settenery

Joseph Thomas Settenery, age 90, of Stratford, a retired employee of General Electric, died on Friday, July 15, 2005 at his residence after a brief illness. Born in Bridgeport on June 26, 1915, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary Brunetto Settenery and a Stratford resident for over 50 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include a cousin, Mae Morgia and her husband, James of Stratford and many additional cousins. 

Funeral services will take place on Monday, July 18, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with full military honors will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.
