Obituary of Elizabeth A Briones

Resident of Shelton Elizabeth Cordon Briones, age 82, of Shelton, a retired legal secretary for Goldstein and Peck Attorneys at Law, died on her birthday in Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by family. Born in Bridgeport on October 13, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Hildur Brandt Cordon. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Fred Briones. Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Rutkowski and her husband Roy of Stratford, Patricia Turco of Shelton and Joanne Craft and her husband Ronald of Ansonia, a brother, Chris Karas of Florida, six grandchildren, Kerri and Evan Rutkowski, Aimee Tyszka and her husband Edward, Joseph Turco, Daniel Craft and his fiance Diane Azano, and Jesse Craft as well as two great-grandsons, Ryan and Andrew Tyszka. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
