Obituary of Lucille Vangor

Lucille May Rauscher Vangor, age 91, of Trumbull, a retiree of the former First National Supermarket, died on Monday, January 7, 2008 at Bishop Wicke Health Center. Born in Bridgeport on October 21, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Christian and Emily Wells Rauscher. Mrs. Vangor was a longtime resident of Stratford and a former member of the Order of Eastern Star in Stratford. She was pre-deceased by her husband John Vangor, three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her son John Vangor and his wife June of Trumbull, two grandchildren, Sharyl J. Cordone and John Scott Walstrom-Vangor, three great grandchildren, Samuel and Susanna Cordone and Celeste Walstrom-Vangor. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport.
