Obituary of Sara Chagcha Villacis

Bridgeport Resident Sara Chagcha Villacis, age 98, of Bridgeport, daughter of the late Jacinto Chagcha and Dolores Villacis, entered into eternal rest on Thursday August 12, 2010 at Bridgeport Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born June 5, 1912 in Ambato,Ecuador and resided in Bridgeport since 1989. Mama Sarita was a very loving and humble woman who opened her heart to everyone. She is survived by four sons: George and wife Mariana Chiluisa, Jose Chiluisa, Miguel Chiluisa, Polo and wife Alicia Chiluisa; and two daughters Sara and husband Luis Iza, Blanca and husband Humberto Lopez. She was predeceased by her oldest son, Luis Armando Chiluisa. She is the eldest of six brothers and sisters and is survived by Lorenzo, Carlos, and Laura Chagcha Villacis and predeceased by two sisters, Matilde and Rosa Chagcha. Much loved grandmother of 22 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 1:00 p.m. in St. Augustine Cathedral, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial.
