Obituary of Josephine A. Cenci

Josephine A. Coletta Cenci, age 87, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Rudolfo Cenci, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at her home. Born in Bridgeport on August 29, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Carlo and Rose Baldino Coletta. Survivors include a son, Rudy Cenci and his wife Roberta of Shelton, a daughter, Maria Seaman of Trumbull, two cherished grandchildren, Matthew Cenci and Lauren Seaman, a brother, Joseph Coletta as well as several nieces and nephews in the United States and Italy. She was predeceased by three brothers, Miglio, Steven and Carmen Coletta, and two sisters, Lena Mancini and Pasqualina Coletta. Josephine will be deeply missed by her loving family. Every day of her life was arranged around working for her family, including her very last moments. As she rests with her beloved husband, Rudy, her family will continue to attempt to rival her cooking, which they think was the best in Bridgeport. Funeral Information A Catholic service and interment will be held in Gubbio, Perugia Italy. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
