Obituary of Anthony D. Gravino

U. S. Army Veteran of World War II Anthony D. Gravino, age 78, of Trumbull, a retired photographer for Avco Lycoming, died on Monday, January 9, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on March 2, 1927, he was a son of the late Joseph and Matrona Gravino and was a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Philomena Ferrara Gravino. Survivors include a son, Joseph Gravino, two brothers, Andrew Gravino of Georgia and Frank Gravino of New Haven, a sister, Rose Cerretta of Bridgeport and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Family and friends can meet on Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
