Obituary of Joseph DeLucia

Resident of Trumbull Joseph DeLucia, age 73, of Trumbull, beloved husband of Vincenza Cimmino DeLucia, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Bridgeport Hospital. Joe was born on July 3, 1938, in Caserta Italy, a son of the late Vincent and Mary Piscitelli DeLucia. Before his retirement, Joe worked at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford for over 25 years. He enjoyed gardening, traveling to Italy and spending time with his family. Survivors include his beloved wife of 50 years, Vincenza, a daughter, Mary DiMartino and her husband John of Monroe, a son, Vincent DeLucia and his wife Jill of Trumbull, four grandchildren, Elizabeth, Daniel, and Katie DeLucia, and Joseph DiMartino, a sister, Filomenia Carfora and her husband Andrew and a brother, Geremiah DeLucia, all of Italy as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services were held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
