Obituary of Theodore A. Dezso

U. S. Marine Corps Veteran Theodore A. Dezso, Jr., age 80, of Stratford, died on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on March 11, 1931, he was a son of the late Theodore A. and Priscilla Bertha Dezso, Sr. A U. S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, he was a truck driver for Trans American Freight Lines for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Teamsters Local #443. An avid painter, he attended the Paier School of Art. He enjoyed watching the UCONN Women Huskies and was a devoted NY Yankees fan. Survivors include two children, Kim Lucas and her husband Carl of Orange and Theodore A. Dezso III and his wife Theresa of Shelton, a granddaughter, Heather Lucas and his former wife, Concetta Dezso of Trumbull. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery of Easton. Family and friends may call on Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
