Obituary of Betty Fisher Griffin

Betty Fisher Griffin, age 67, of Troutville, Virginia, formerly of Trumbull, died on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgeport on November 14, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Eleanor Wilson Fisher. She was a loving, hardworking mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by all. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 52 years, John R. Griffin. Survivors include six children, Joan Parmelee and her husband, Dr. David Parmalee of Guilford, Patrick Griffin of Danbury, Edward Griffin and his wife, Laurie of Trumbull, Michael Griffin of Seymour, Dennis Griffin of Newtown and Robert Griffin and his wife, Lisa of Shelton, a brother, Jack Fisher and his wife, Linda of Florida, seven grandchildren, Weston, Dana, Kyle, Connor, Amber, Mackenzi and Emily as well as several nieces and nephews. 

All funeral services will be private.
