Obituary of Frank D. Errichetti

Devoted Husband, Father & Grandfather Frank D. Errichetti, age 89, of Trumbull formerly of Bridgeport, beloved husband of Jean Bonesi Errichetti, passed away at home on Friday, August 16, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bridgeport on April 6, 1924, he was a son of the late Rocco and Josephine Montanaro Errichetti. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Errichetti retired from Remington Arms after many years of dedicated service. He was an avid gardener. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family. He was happiest spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife Jean of 56 years, survivors include a son, Robert Errichetti of Trumbull, two daughters, Lenore Errichetti of Trumbull and Lisa Pittu and her husband Dennis of Bridgeport, three grandsons, Nicholas, Robert and Michael Errichetti, three sisters-in-law, Rosina Errichetti of Australia, Helen Errichetti of Bridgeport and Mary Coletta of Bridgeport as well as several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by six brothers, Daniel, Dominic, Carmen, Anthony, Rocco and John Errichetti and two sisters, Mary Susi and Flora Errichetti. Funeral Information Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Patrick Church, 851 North Ave., Bridgeport on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with military honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
