Obituary of Avril M. Aubin

Avril Mary Aubin, age 53, of Fairfield, an employee for Sikorsky Aircraft in Shelton, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, August 28, 2005. Born in Bridgeport, she was a Fairfield resident for 20 years, and was a graduate of Sacred Heart University.

Survivors include her beloved daughters, Brooke Bonnanzio and Kara Bonnanzio, both of Fairfield and their father, Mark Bonnanzio, her mother, Mary Feroleto of Westbrook, two sisters, Nicole Feroleto of Massachusetts and Lisa Duffy and her husband Mike of Old Saybrook, two brothers, Sal Feroleto of Hartford and Lenny Feroleto of New York, three nephews, Trent, Clay and Luke Duffy. She will also be missed by her beloved aunts, Melpo K. Santilli, Jennie Kiriakopoulos and Dee Kiriakopoulos. She was pre-deceased by her grandparents, Virgilio and Amelia Santilli and an uncle Nazareno Santilli. 

Friends can meet directly on Friday, September 2, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Rd., Fairfield for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
