Dear Donna, Phil, Natalie and family, My mother just told me today about Paul's passing. I am so sorry to hear this and that he suffered so much. I have such fond memories of Paul from the "good ole days" in Trumbull. He was my favorite Badminton partner! He was a patient, kind and genuine soul. I'm sorry that we lost touch over the years. I hope you find eventual peace with his passing, as you keep his memory alive in your hearts. I am so, so sorry. Cheryl

To the Solusky Family, We are so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. We were lucky to have called him a neighbor and friend for the ten years that we lived next to him in Beacon Falls. Although we moved in 2011, we did speak with him and had learned of his illness. We are so saddened to hear of his passing. He was always friendly, funny and spoke very highly of his family. His landscaping was impeccable and we fondly remember his kindness to our children. We remember his patience talking our son about Star Wars and a number of other "boy" things. Dear Mrs. Solusky and the Solusky family: I am so sad about Paul's passing...He was such a wonderful person. My fiancee, Dom Quinto and I have known him since going to High School together. We saw him last year a couple of times when we came back to CT. and kept in close touch talking to him on the phone. We last spoke to him a little more than a week ago and he sounded so good even though he was back in the hospital again. Paul was one of a kind...a gentle, loving, caring soul with such a love for life. He had a wonderful fun-loving personality. I will miss him terribly. I am sure that he is in Heaven with Our Lord. He was a good person and loved his family and friends. He was a brave man throughout his illness and never complained and maintained such a positive attitude. My deepest sympathy to all of you. I will never forget Paul. God has a shining angel in Heaven now. I know Paul will be watching over all of us from up above. Love and Prayers, Marie Sampieri
