Obituary of Henry J. Sabatini

Henry J. Sabatini, age 101, beloved husband of Mary Montaldi Sabatini, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Worcester, MA on October 13, 1914, he was a son of Joseph Sabatini and Carmella Sabatini Proiotti. Rico or Hank, as he was known, was an employee of the former Fermont Manufacturing for many years before retiring. He loved to sing and dance, take care of his garden and work on puzzle books. In addition to his wife, Mary of 44 years, survivors include a sister, Babe Tarini of Orange, several nieces and nephews and his canine companion Noel. He was predeceased by two brothers Cal and Eben Sabatini and two sisters, Tessie Primavera and Eva Carducci. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
