May I first say how very sorry I am to learn of the passing of Fran. I worked with Fran for many years at BC\BS ...right next to her in benefits. She was my mentor. She taught me so much. Wonderful person...everyone thought the world of her. It's been almost 20 yrs since I worked with Fran... I now live in Fl and unfortunately lost touch with her over the years. I just found out yesterday of her passing. My sincere condolences to the family... may she rest in peace.. Lynn Knapp
