Obituary of Anthony Tragianese, Jr.

Anthony Tragianese, Jr., age 61, of Shelton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Apple Health Care Center, Shelton. Born in Bridgeport on November 17, 1955, he was a son of Anthony Tragianese, Sr. of Shelton and the late Angelina Renzi Tragianese. Anthony was a client of the Kennedy Center; he loved music and his favorite group was the Beatles. Although Anthony's life was filled with many challenges, he is now at peace. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his father, other survivors include two brothers, Mark Tragianese and his wife Nora of Shelton and Donald Tragianese and his wife Wendy of Crystal Lake, IL, three nieces, Christina and Angela Tragianese and Nancy Alves and her husband Tony, great niece and nephew, Leo and Marlee as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Margaret's Shrine, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
