Obituary of Alice Saint Julien

Alice Saint Julien, age 94, of Bridgeport, CT beloved wife of the late Belus Saint Julien, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at St. Vincent's Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Haiti on July 13, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Thelusma Metelus and Louinise Metelus.

Survivors include her five loving children, Evelyne Jean-Baptiste and her husband Fritz, Serge Saint Julien and his wife Lina, Gladys Joseph, Marie Marthe Duperval and her husband Lyonel, and Michelaire Saint Julien, nine cherished grandchildren, Alexander Jean-Baptiste, Ronald Jean-Baptiste, Marjorie Jean-Baptiste, and Gregory Jean-Baptiste, Shirley Anne Fleury, Gardy Joseph and Nadine Opong, Jordan Duperval and Michela Saint Julien, as well as many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sisters, Theresa Metelus, Agathe Metelus and Carmitha Metelus.

Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Charles Borromeo, 391 Odgen Street, Bridgeport, CT on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Family and friends may call on Friday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
