Obituary of Joan D. Conte

Joan D. Conte, age 70, of Trumbull, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Greenwich on May 9, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose Perri Conte and was a longtime resident of Stamford before moving to Trumbull.

Joan loved to cook and bake for her family and enjoyed knitting and going on boat cruises. She was a member of the Heart of God Ministries in Stamford and was a generous person to everybody. After her retirement she cherished the time spent with family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include a loving brother, Patrick Conte, a niece, Jena Conte, a nephew, Kevin Conte and a sister-in-law, Cheryl Conte all of Trumbull. She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Conte.

Friends can greet the family on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment will be private.
