Obituary of Jamesey Auguste

Jamesey Auguste, age 29, of Naugatuck, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 18, 2019 with his devoted family by his side, after a long and hard-fought battle. Born in Haiti on January 15, 1990, he was a son of James and Marie Margarette Auguste.

Jamesey was the oldest of four children. He entered the United States at the age of 6 with his mother Margarette. He attended Ansonia high school where he played basketball and graduated in 2008. After graduating high school Jamesey attended Monroe College in New York. He later went on to Aviation school at Sikorsky. Besides school Jamesey was very involved in church. At the age of 8, after his Holy Communion, Jamesey served as an altar server until the age of 18 at St.Charles Borromeo Church in Bridgeport, CT.

In addition to his beloved parents James and Margarette, survivors include three loving siblings; a sister, Maggline Auguste, two brothers, Marckens Auguste and Marckenlee Auguste, grandmother, Marguerite Eustache, devoted longtime girlfriend of eleven years Herica Segrain, uncles and aunts, Walki and Lourds Auguste, Patrick and Darlene Auguste, Cardi and Yolanda Auguste, Vilson Brevil, Marcelin Brevil, Eddy Brevil, Ricardo Brevil, Alfred Brevil, Lourdi Joseph, Adlene and Jackson Colas, Immacula and Alice St. Phard, Adele Brevil, Jameslyne Eustache, Alex and Sara Deus, as well as several cousins and many friends. He also leaves behind his canine companion, Cara Auguste. He was predeceased by grandparents Felix and Filocia Auguste and canine companion Candy.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. directly in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1255 East Main St., Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday from 5 – 8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
