Obituary of Gloria Kochan

Gloria DeVellis Kochan, age 81, of Tampa, Florida and formerly of Trumbull, a homemaker, died on Monday, July 4, 2005. Born in Bridgeport on June 18, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Virginio and Antonia Maruzzo DeVellis. She was a Trumbull resident for over 48 years before recently moving to Tampa and a member of the Ladies Guild of Christ the King Church.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Louis A. Kochan.

Survivors include two daughters, Cynthia Harmon of Odessa, FL and Linda Hennigan of Marstens Mills, MA, a sister, Lillian LeDonne of Trumbull, eight grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Michelle and Christy Anne Henningan and Alyssa, Leah, Lauren and Grant Harmon and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, July 9, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 5-8 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to their favorite charity.
