Obituary of Paul H. Hug

Paul H. Hug, age 63, of Trumbull, the owner of Hug Construction Asphalt & Paving, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on May 15, 1957, he was a son of the late Howard and Joan Cozza Hug. He was a graduate of Trumbull High School and attended Sacred Heart University. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Justin Hug.

He is survived by his devoted companion and her family, Corina Marrero of 20 years, his sister, Pamela Hug of Villages, FL, his dog, Sugar Bear, a niece, Samantha Hug, great niece, Gloria Hug, Aunt and several cousins.

A walk-through visitation will take place on Saturday, May 1st from 9:30 – 11:30 A.M. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay their respects, and exit without lingering to ensure all guests can come through the building.
