Dear Michael and all others, Thank you for sharing the beautiful remembrance of our "Aunt" Dottie Beno. It was lovely to think about all the things that she has done. I have known her since I was born since she/they were my godparents. They were loving and warm people and active in so many ways in their community. But I remember them both as loving caring extra parents, and dear, dear friends of my parents Myron and June Wininger. My parents met them in high school and were lifelong friends seeing them frequently and often spending New Years together. Because of the pandemic, my daughter and I last saw Dottie in her home a couple of years ago. But prior to that we frequently met in the Monroe diner to catch up while we were in town. My daughter Claire and I send you our deepest condolences and much love.
