Obituary of Angelina A. Baldino

Angelina LaPorta Baldino, age 98, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Nicholas G. Baldino, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 16, 2023. Born in Bridgeport on July 20, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Patsy and Maria Depizzo LaPorta. Before her retirement, Angelina was a bookkeeper for the former Bead and Chain. She enjoyed vacationing with her family, going to Atlantic City and had a love for music and singing. But above all, Angelina loved being with her family and her unconditional love will forever live in their hearts. Survivors include many nieces and nephews, who she loved and cherished. She was pre-deceased by two sisters Carmela Karlus and Mary Papa, and four brothers, Louis, Peter and Anthony LaPorta and Benjamin Rosino, Jr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. At Angelina's request, there will be no calling hours. Arrangements entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
