Rosemary was one-of-a-kind. She was always buying gifts for Christmas and birthdays throughout the year (oftentimes immediately after Christmas in preparation for the next year!), thinking of everyone from her grandchildren to their friends to her hairdresser and the postman. She had a deep love of music, especially the Italian station, as well as game shows and Dancing With The Stars. I will always remember practicing music with Gabi at her home with her always pleasant (and overly-positive) feedback. She would regale us with stories of her sister “who had a beautiful voice and also sang,” her love of shopping at G. Fox & Co., dancing on Friday nights in her teenage years, working for the town, and her memories of Bridgeport from yesteryear. Rosemary was a grandmother to us all and I will forever cherish my time with her and miss her deeply.
To Gabi, Tony, Norma, Dan, and Tati, words cannot express the love I had for you all. I’m deeply saddened to learn of her passing, but she has left behind a family she was proud to call her own. You are her legacy and you were the light in her life. My sincerest condolences to you and your many relatives.
