We send our love, prayers and wishes for peace of mind to all of Jack’s beloved family and loving friends. We truly wish we could make this easier for all of you. We believe he will always be with every one of you, everyday. Jack is in all of your hearts, your souls and will show you in his way, that he is safely home. Mark has always considered Jack to be a 2nd Dad to him, and thinks of the entire Stolze family as real family. We both love you all. Jack’s smile and infectious laugh will always be in our minds. I miss you already Umpa. Thank you for always being there. Soccer games, basketball games, t-ball games, dance recitals, the 31 table you were always there, always smiling. As you told me last week, the ball game is over and it is time to go home. I'm sure Kathy and Grandma and Grandpa Reilly were right there waiting for you. Thank you for loving me like the daughter you never had.
