Obituary of Nancy C. Ligouri

Trumbull Resident Nancy C. Bottone Ligouri, age 87, devoted wife of the late Joseph Ligouri Sr., died peacefully on Monday July 23, 2012 at St. Vincents Medical Center with her family by her side. Born on July 1, 1925 she was a daughter of the late Albert and Maria Meccelli Bottone. Nancy was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who dedicated herself to the care and love of her family. Although she will be deeply missed, her family values and love will continue to live on through her family. She was predeceased by four brothers, George and Louis Bottone, Carl Benco and Frank Gulli and a sister, Susan Gallant. Survivors include four loving children, Joseph Ligouri Jr. and his wife Carol of Monroe, Diane Mastrone of Bridgeport, Cathy Ligouri of Monroe and Donna Ormsbee and her husband Eugene of Trumbull, 13 cherished grandchildren, Rosemarie Monaco and her husband Joe, Tina Katz and her husband Doug, Cheryl Iannucci and her husband Joe, Gina Ligouri, Andrew and Donny Mastrone, Michele Convertito and her husband Dave, Missy and Maria Gazdik and Jennifer, Gino, Joey and James Ormsbe and 12 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday July 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
