Obituary of Carmella Cirillo Jamshidian

Carmella Cirillo Jamshidian went home to the Lord on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 29, 1957. A resident of Fairfield County, she attended Notre Dame High School then later Butler Business School. Carmella was a business owner CJ's Deli of Fairfield for over 30 years and Scots's Stationery with her husband.

She was pre deceased by her father, Anthony Cirillo, siblings Reverend Nick Cirillo, Nina Cirillo, and her twin brother at birth, Nick.

She was survived by her husband of 40 years Cyrus Jamshidian, her daughter Sherine Jamshidian and partner Johnathan Torres, her sister Rose Cirillo and partner Michael Birger, her mother Mary Cirillo and 2 grandchildren Juliana and Antonio. Also, by her sister and brother in-law Darius and Linda Jamshidian and her niece and nephew Keyan and Tara. And her surrogate Sisters, Lucy, Patty, Lori and Josephine.

Carmella's biggest joys in life were her family and friends. Those who knew her well knew that she was always happiest when surrounded by those she loved. No one loved a party or a story more than her. Cooking was her passion and there was never enough she could prepare for a party. Her happiest moments in life were when she became a wife and a mother. She will be remembered always for her love of life and her laughter. She lived her life through rose colored glasses and always looked to the best side of everyone. She will be missed by all.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Andrew's Church, 435 Anton St., Bridgeport. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105
