Obituary of Maria A. Lupo

Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother Maria (Marie) A. Ippolito Lupo, age 68, of Stratford, beloved wife of Samuel J. Lupo, died on Thursday, November 24, 2011 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, New York on January 1, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Charles and Frances Lograsso Ippolito. A gourmet cook and baker, Marie enjoyed life and had a passion for entertaining. She was outgoing and social and her door was always open. Her greatest joy came from being a wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her husband of 42 years, Samuel, survivors include three children, Charles Lupo of Milford, Jennifer Uriguen and her husband Aitor of Trumbull and Jonathan Lupo of Stratford and four grandchildren, Anthony and Dominic Lupo and Xabier and Alessandro Uriguen. Funeral Information Friends can greet the family members at a memorial gathering that will take place on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A Memorial Mass celebrating her life will take place on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. directly in Our Lady of Grace Church, 497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford.
