Obituary of Carmine Marmo

Resident of Trumbull Carmine Marmo, age 83, of Trumbull, a retired salesman, died peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in New York, NY on October 1, 1924, he was a son of the late Vincent and Nancy Marmo. Mr. Marmo was a proud U S. Army veteran serving during World War II. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife Mary D'Andrea Marmo. Survivors include a loving daughter, Linda Berkwits and her husband Kieve of Trumbull; a brother, Mario Marmo and his wife Lucy of Monroe, NY; two cherished grandchildren, David and Abby and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, March, 27, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment with military honors will follow in Nichols Village Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m.
