Obituary of Harold F. Mayer

Longtime Trumbull Resident Harold Frederick Mayer, age 83, of Trumbull, beloved husband of the late Lorane Joan Lamb Mayer, died on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at his home. Born New York City, NY on July 27, 1929, he was a son of the late Harold Frederick and Lillian McHale Mayer. Survivors include his three loving children, Carol Gaudio and her husband Flavio of Tolland, Keith Mayer and his wife Colleen of Newtown, Lynn Foss and her husband Hank of Huntington, eight cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer and Brianne Gaudio, Connery and Brennan Mayer, Hank, Jessica and Nathan Foss. He was predeceased by a brother, Paul Mayer and a sister, Jerolyn Treffeisen. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 12:00 Noon in Christ The King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m.
