Obituary of Jeanne Merrick

Resident of Milford Jeanne Pellegrino Merrick, age 62, of Milford, a homemaker, died suddenly on Thursday, March 30, 2006 in Milford Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on May 24, 1943, she was a daughter of Rose DelMonte Pellegrino of Trumbull and the late Michael Pellegrino. A resident of Milford for five years, Mrs. Merrick was previously a resident of Trumbull for 25 years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, cooking for her family and friends, attending Broadway shows and playing the piano. Survivors include her husband, Harvey Buzz Merrick, a son, Steve Merrick and a daughter, Christine Merrick, both of Bridgeport, a sister, Jan Plaue of Wellfleet, Massachusetts and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
