Cher & Family - I’ve worked with Richie for 9 years now and I can say from the bottom of my heart that he had the kindest soul. He was always smiling. Always laughing. He had a special chuckle that could warm any heart. I will miss our conversations. I will miss him popping his head into my office with a hello and a little wave. I will miss the joy he brought to my life and everyone around him. They say God only takes the good ones, and that couldn’t be more true here. He needed him home to continue building heaven. I’ll forever cherish our last goodbye just a few weeks ago before I left for maternity leave and he grabbed my hand and just said “God bless you.” Richie - Baby Colton would have loved you and I know you are looking down on him. Dear Cheryl & Family, I have worked with Richie for the past 25 years and have shared many memories and amazing conversions with him especially about his love for his family. He convinced me to get a hot tub and said it's a perfect thing to relax and share family time and talk. Our hearts are broken and he will be truly missed. Dave Buono

Dear Cheryl and family, Bill and I were saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved Richard. Hold close to your hearts the many "special" moments you all shared. As you all know in the coming days and months it will be difficult dealing with the loss. At that time dig deep down for one of those happy memories and it will help with your healing. Cher & family, being Richie's Admin. Assistant for the past six years has been my great pleasure and honor. He spoke about you often telling me how much he loved you, about your wonderful family gatherings and your many accomplishments. He was so very proud of his family and many times said what a fortunate man he is to have you. Because of that, I felt as if I knew each of you. There's not enough adjectives to express my extreme admiration for him and how very happy I am that our lives crossed paths. I was in awe of his many wonderful qualities that you are well-aware of. His Obit. is beautiful and says it all. I always told him and others that his mind functioned as if it were a computer for he could site info and minute details in an instant recall. And many also observed that ultra-impressive quality as well. I already miss speaking with him everyday about work and will miss our weekly follow-up meetings. I will miss his extreme natural ease that he consistently carried with him. I will miss his kindness towards me and wonderful smile. The expression he walks silently carrying a big stick is suiting. Richie will be in my thoughts everyday. With gratitude and love, Kathryn.
